Theda and I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic job your men did in building our Four Seasons Sunroom.

We were very comfortable working with both of you, Robert and Andy, as we moved through the beginning stages of planning and preparing for the on-site construction. Both Mike and Darrell were true professionals as they went about the task of construction. They communicated with my wife and me concerning every detail of the project. Anytime we had questions they were very cooperative in making sure we totally understood every aspect of our concerns. Throughout the project they practically became part of our family.

Each day when the work was complete, both Mike and Darrell would not leave the site until everything was cleaned up and ready for the next days work. When the weather was bad of if they had trouble with traffic on the freeway they would call and let us know about their situation. I really can't say enough about their workmanship and their conduct while they were with us.

I would highly recommend Elite Home Remodeling Company to any of our friends who might be considering this type of project.

Adding a room to your house is a big deal to a home owner. We had a deck that we never used because it didn’t have any shade and the sliding glass door to the deck was difficult to open. We contacted several designer/builders that were recommended to us by our friends. All but Elite made us feel like we were too little a job for them to bother with and wanted a large amount of money before they would even share ideas with us. Then we meet Robert Harmon at a home show and talked with him for more than an hour. He and his wife, Janet, came to our house the next week. They spent several hours with us and helped us design our room. Robert and Janet weren’t afraid to share ideas and made us feel very comfortable with the plan. Robert has always been very up front with costs and expectations.

Once we had plans ready, progress began on demo of the existing structure and the new room was soon to start. We chose to start in the fall season, which created several hold ups in the building progress. Robert had told us that they would do everything to keep the job going, and they did. Every time a problem occurred, Elite was prompt to address it. Costs were discussed up front and Elite was quick to accept responsibility if they or their sub-contractor was the cause. Other than being impatient about completing the job, I couldn’t be more pleased with the finished project. Again, most of the delays were out of Elite’s hands because of the weather, building permits, inspections, and waiting on sub-contractors to fix errors they made. I am sure that any project of this size would have similar delays.

I would like to also mention Andy Colvin (job supervisor) and Mike and Darrel (the finish carpenters.) Andy made several trips to the job off hours to help us when wind or bad weather created unexpected mishaps on the job. Mike and Darrel were two of the nicest guys and did a great job giving the room that finished look.

All costs were as contracted expect when we had asked for changes during the building phase. Then costs were only added with our knowledge.

Robert and the team from Elite are very trustworthy and make the home remodeling experience a happy one.

We’ve been making use of the Elite Home Services for the past few years, thanks to a colleague of mine at work. They first completed a sunroom for us. They took up the task when another firm kept stalling the project because of our community oversight group. They worked us in to a very busy schedule and got the room completed so that we had two months to enjoy it before the cooler weather arrived.

The next major project was the kitchen cabinet refacing and completing some plumbing projects for some new kitchen appliances. They and their employees were always on time and cleaned up after themselves. I’m (Tom Wheeler) a big stickler for cleanliness all the time.

The third project involved granite counter tops for the upstairs bathrooms. We had a slight glitch with this project, but they accepted full responsibility. Things were taken care of on a timely manner. All of these projects we feel over the last few years have added “luster” to a custom-built home.
